I would pay money to see Charles scrub a pot, and I don't think I've ever had any.

And like most fathers, though he's hardly able to make the connection, he hopes she'll come back with him, and soon.]

[They hadn't seen anything of each other, during her brief stopover. Anya hadn't had the emotional delicacy to spare seeking Wanda out, and Wanda hadn't chosen to do it herself. The mansion large enough for convenient avoidance. But Anya does still love her, wonders and worries.]

[She's growing on Erik. It's not the easiest thing in the world - his first run in with a Wanda Maximoff was far from what he'd call good, and is probably why he was more determined to be careful with Anya - but he's been trying.]

She's been doing well. I think she might even be happy, here.
